Delivery and Returns
We aim to ship all orders within 24-48 hours. Please allow up to another three working days for delivery in the UK, four days for Europe and up to five days for the Rest of the World. Costs:-
Standard Costs
UK - £5.95 for all orders under 300g (standard post); for orders greater than 300g:- cost price postage + a small handling charge. We will email and agree with you the total amount before dispatch.
Europe - £8.20 for all orders under 300g (approx. 10 Euros); for orders greater than 300g:- cost price postage + a small handling charge. We will email and agree with you the total amount before dispatch.
International Worldwide- £19.35 for all orders under 300g (approx. US$24); for orders greater than 300g:- cost price postage + a small handling charge. We will email and agree with you the total amount before dispatch.
Very occasionally, eg due to the weight of an individual item, the above prices may need to be increased. In the event of this happening, we will only charge the cost price, and we will notify you of the exact cost by email before proceeding with an order.
Express Costs - All areas - Cost price + a small handling charge. Please let us know prior to ordering if you would like this option. We will email and agree with you the total amount before dispatch.
Refund Policy
Health and Harmony operate a fair and honest refund and exchange policy. We follow the Office Of Fair Trading guidelines on 'Shopping From Home on the Internet' and the 'Distant Selling Regulations. We aim to provide clear information to you before you order and will confirm all orders by e-mail.
All of our products are of a fine quality. However, please note that because some are individually hand-made by craftsmen, each piece is unique and so there may be small differences in the finish etc. For the same reason, dimensions may be approximate.
We would like you to order with complete confidence, so if you are dissatisfied for any reason, please return the product, in its original condition, within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, customer to pay postage. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
Where a refund is due we shall make the payment within 30 days of the date we receive your cancellation.
